So

Michael Fabricant was the first to be evicted. Mickey Rourke left next. Then Trisha was evicted, followed by Daley. Patsy and Jack have both survived two evictions.

We're going into the final week now, with the final airing on Friday 25th April!

Chris and Jojo are besties who flirt, apparently.

Ella is seething with jealousy at their relationship and seems to be whinging about it to anyone who will listen.

Before leaving, Daley dispensed advice to Ella about two contestants who know how to play the game. Ella has taken this to mean Chris and Jojo.

(We also know that Daley was speaking about Chris and Jojo, he said as much on l&l when he was evicted).

Chris has since been in tears at the allegations of him being a game player, and says that his friendship with Jojo is genuine.

The housemates passed their shopping task, which was to dress up as a member of a big brother family, which includes a mum, dad, grandparents, teens and toddlers. They now have a luxury shopping budget, after being on an economy one last week.

On Tuesday, there will be a triple eviction, and the housemates have nominated face to face: Ella, Angelica, Patsy, Jojo, Chris and Chesney were initially up, and in a surprise twist, one of the group was able to save themselves from the public vote. Jojo saved herself, and chose Danny to face eviction in her place. Jojo chose Danny.

So its: Ella, Angelica, Patsy, Chris and Danny up for eviction.

Upon being nominated so many times, Ella became upset and delivered her nominations with an unkind passion. She said that Chesney, as a man, should've protected her from Mickey Rourke and his sexist comments towards her. Mickey was upset by this and was comforted by Jojo and Chris.

Patsy nominated Ella and Angelica and mentioned that she thought that they were mean school girls who were bitching about her.

On Late and Live, we've had a week of Tiffany 'New York' Pollard (David's dead). She was... not afraid to speak her mind. This week, Oti Mabuse will be the house guest 🙌.

As before, It was impossible to avoid spoilers, so please expect them.

Just catching up on last night’s episode

Am I the only one who’s Team Donna? If I said to someone that loud clapping in the morning was irritating me and they childishly put a pan and ladle next to their bed that night and banged it in the morning I’d be furious - it’s a passive aggressive dig at Donna.

I don’t recognise Angelica at all but she seems very petty, and sulky. Like when she Meghan Markled Patsy.

I think Donna is hilarious and lovely - I don’t see bullying at all. I hope her or JoJo wins

Am also Team Donna and thought Angellica’s pan banging was extremely petty and childish. I’m not keen on Jojo, though. She seems very ‘manufactured’ to me.

ConstantlyFuriosa · 24/04/2025 19:58

Also agree re the letters from home. They leave in a day and a half, ffs!

I'm wondering what's with the shitty posts actually

I'm more gutted they got deleted before I read them 😫

I actually feel sorry for JoJo - through no choice of her own she was thrust into the spotlight, mistreated by a psychotic dance teacher and then exploited by her parents through to her adulthood. I wonder if she even remembers a time before fame. It must be hard to be your true self when you’ve only had validation for smiley energetic performing JoJo

ConstantlyFuriosa · 24/04/2025 20:00

Actually, that’s all very true, @JandamiHash It’s not exactly her fault.

Just someone who started on the vino too early

mumofoneAlonebutokay · 24/04/2025 20:00

I'm not a fan of Donna at all, really hope she doesn't win

Agree re the letters from home though 😄, i won't be watching tonight i say now but will probably watch l&l

The last week of these reality shows is always the worst 😫 - I'd love a longer season next year but we won't get one

The first was a dig at me - something like “I’m not surprised you find Donna funny it aligns with your passive aggressive posting style, in the nicest way of course, takes all sorts hun” and the second where I mentioned the letters from home was “nothing gets past you does it”.

Im very confused, I don’t even recognise that poster, I have occasionally rubbed people up the wrong way on MN (haven’t we all) but never has mentioning my support for a CBB housemates elicited such snipiness.

TBH I’m mostly offended at being called hun <shudders>

ConstantlyFuriosa · 24/04/2025 20:03

I’ve just realised that when I saw a clip of Jojo on Dance Moms she sort of reminded me of JonBenet Ramsay. Gosh, I always feel so sorry for that poor little girl.

ConstantlyFuriosa · 24/04/2025 20:00

Actually, that’s all very true, @JandamiHash It’s not exactly her fault.

Before CBB, my Insta feed would throw up random videos of JoJo behaving weirdly in interviews annd random places like Disneyland, and she came across terribly, like a grown up self involved brat. I think she’s strangely astute for a 21yo. Trisha went on Loose Women and said it’s the first sniff of freedom she’s had in her life and she’s loving just being herself and not what people around her want her to be. Which makes sense.

Oh, I yearn for the longer series’ of old. I know that the celeb one was always much shorter, but that year of the civilian one with Pete and Nikki and Aisleyne et al. That must’ve gone on for about two months. It was bliss.

AhBiscuits · 24/04/2025 20:06

God I hate the letter from home. I'll watch on ITVX after so I can skip through it.

I wish they would go back to having it in the summer

JandamiHash · 24/04/2025 20:07

God yes they lasted forever. I loved the one with Josie who now presents This Morning and an absolute tool she had a romance in there with. Can’t remember his name but he had 2 of them. It was right before Ultimate Big Brother where Preston and Chantelle were reunited

John James something or other. He was a complete tool. Took himself very seriously indeed.

YES!

He was an Aussie and really belligerent. Fancied himself a David Beckham lookalike and was really nasty to the girls especially Josie. Who let’s face it was a total muppet in that series.

That chimpanzee comment though 🤣🤣

He was a bit of a master at that ‘negging’ incels do.

mumofoneAlonebutokay · 24/04/2025 20:19

I remember john james and josie! I remember josie being really miserable that series though, and kind of insecure

I could be misremembering though - can't stand men that neg women, they're the lowest of the low
