I have questions:

I don't understand the truffle reference? Was he buying truffles and then repotting them (bit like Meghan's pretzels)?

I thought truffles were a woodland fungi, not found in dry, dusty nearly desert like conditions, so how did the dog dig one up.
Collies are good for rounding things up, not for truffle hunting I thought?

The truffle story did not make sense but it served a purpose. Maybe they hoped that the type of viewers they get wouldn’t know anything about truffles 😆

The John Marsden character was a hoot. But I didn’t remember him though.

Sussed the perpetrator fairly on in the Malta one. Wonder if they did actually film there. Have been on a couple of cruises to Valletta stunning place.
