rudy kidnapped a secuity guard and was leaving dexter messages at places of importance to him (dex) using the guards body parts. they managed to find the guuard while he was still alive and he was fitted for prosthetics by rudy. he then asked debs out and theystarted dating. does that cover it?

What happened at the end of last episode of series1? Could have cried last night, we had recorded it and it cut off just near the end!!!

Had just got to the bit where Rudy was on the table and Dexter offered him more sedative....what next??!!!

Thank you! Not sure if it's repeated anywhere so I can watch it again. I liked Rudy in a weird way (is that wrong??)and part of me wanted him and Dexter to run away together. Think Dexter's foster dad was terrible to not tell him he had a brother.

Series 2 starts in July on sky, FX channel I think.

ITV have got the rights for series 2 but don't know when it'll be shown yet.

I haven't started it properly yet, I've been watching teh dvd's when every I've had a chance.

I read the 1st few pages yesterday while I was making the dinner. Multi tasking at its best because dinner was lasagne..

Avoided this thread until now because I was watching repeat showings on ITV4 so didn't want to read any spoilers until the series was over.

Worked out the brother bit pretty early, seemed the only way someone could know stuff about Dex that he didn't know himself.

Can't wait for series 2. Dexter is so good. Have also not met another RL fan but kind of don't want to admit I watch it also, It's all a bit 'slasher', but in a good way.
