I thought that was a great episode! I know it's highly unlikely that Layla would have planned her funeral to that detail but I thought it was nice the actress had that exit that was clearly very loving towards her.

Now we need to know who has spotted Manpreet who is surely on OF. Also I hope it doesn't come out about Susie and Mary, she did the right thing reassuring Vanessa. However, this is Emmerdale....

Scene is also set for Nate's discovery as he's been brought up again. Somebody needs to ask for a welfare check 🤷🏻‍♀️

I feel that Mary & Suzy were more believable than Suzy & Vanessa because they had a real connection

Two funerals at the same time was just ridiculous. I wanted to shout at Matty conveniently forgetting Moira's numerous affairs and blaming Cain for everything.

Hate the thought of Mary and Suzy but not surprised Suzy was tempted elsewhere as Vanessa is such a boring wooden character.

I'm sure Eric would have noticed something off with the till. I'm also thinking Only Fans with Manpreet.

Still, no Marlon and April moaning and kicking off.

Yeah I posted this recently, that Suzy almost looked gutted when Vanessa returned. It's not as if they've just pulled it out of thin air.

Yep I know there was just that scene I was talking in general about all the flashback scenes dropped last night ....they hastily cover off Amy, Manpreet and Mary in one fell swoop of flashbacks...

There was little chemistry between Vanessa and Suzy but even less between Suzy and Mary - apart from Mary's dreary, longing, hangdog looks every now and again, I just felt absolutely nothing between them and absolutely refuse to buy into the nonsense that Suzy has been pining for her.

As for Sarah and another bloody pregnancy test - do they just churn out accidental pregnancies a couple of times a year on a schedule? Are there absolutely NO teenagers that use birth control? Sarah is another totally wooden character, her face hardly moves. Speaking of chemistry, zero between her and Jacob too.

My favourite couples are Moira and Cain, and Ruby and Caleb although I quite like Liam and Chas.

Me too. Suzy was OK but never had a decent storyline. Should have got rid of Mary along with the other members of her family. She has one expresion - like a lovesick cow looking over a gate.

What was the Amy one? I must have missed that. Fortunately Leyla seemed to be the one catching everybody in the act... so their secrets are safe... for now 🙄
