Sarah Beeny New Life in the Country

Apologies if this isn't the usual type of program that warrants a thread on here but I've just watched a couple of episodes this evening and overall I think its charming, Sarah comes across well, she seems interested in everyone she meets and the boys are lovely and its really nice that the boys keep an eye on her and help out, but its almost too idyllic - there is no way my kids would happily cooperate with each other all the time, in my house everything's a competition with the kids - and how did the freshly caught trout get gutted and BBQ ready, the program skipped that rather crucial stage. Also I'm thinking that the husband isn't portrayed very well, or maybe its accurate - wondered what other people thought.

I watch the programme and enjoy it , I’ve watched her since her Rise Hall days. But I do think it’s impossible for it to be that idyllic all
the tone and things are set up for the show . We know she’s had an awful couple of years with her cancer diagnosis and through that I’ve read interviews where she talks about how hard her marriage has been at times . The boys seem nice and obviously aware of their privilege. In my view it’s harmless weekend viewing that brings me some light relief / minor house envy !!

I think the show sometimes shows how the boys don't cooperate. Occasionally they're "sleeping in" or something.

I love Sarah, she's ace. Proper down to earth & someone you could go for a beer with.

Where can I find this to watch? I think I'd like it. I used to love her on Property Ladder.
