The Traitors series 3 UK finale airs at 8:30pm on Friday 24th January, BBC1. Followed by a 45 minute episode of U cloaked.

Charlotte has a secret to reveal to Frankie... what will Frankie do with this information? Will she herself become collateral damage?

Didn't Jake or someone say of Alexander 'he goes to war zones'. I think he has had training in getting through difficult situations and thinking strategically. No one else considered helping someone else collect coins to become the seer. The others just put the coins in their own box.

I wonder how many times they've actually said things like "under the radar" and "I can't work out why I'm still here". Because it feels like I've heard both a million times at least, and that is just the instances they've shown on telly.

As detecting strategies go, both are very shit.

It must really frustrate the producers that they keep coming up with these whilst ignoring the actual clues that are put in front of their noses, or coming up with totally irrational reasons for suspecting someone like "he's too nice" or "he's a doctor" or "he gunked me in the molasses game". They never seem to think about the traitors' choices for murder and their timing, and they should have thought more about, for instance, the choices in the chess game. Freddie lost a great chance yesterday to put a lot of heat on Charlotte, mostly because he seemed to spend most of the day bewildered and trying to catch up.

Plastictrees · 24/01/2025 08:55

@BishyBarnyBee How? She was scheming to throw Minah under the bus from the second she was recruited, and deliberately recruited Freddie to do the same - grinning maniacally as she did so. She hasn’t presented as remotely nice, quite the opposite - hamming up the traitor role.

happinessischocolate · 24/01/2025 08:56

I think the producers really threw Freddie under the bus with making him last to come in before Leanne so he was sat right next to her. If her was sat the other end of the table with Alexander he would have stood a better chance.

I think Frankie is going to be so shocked by Charlotte that it'll be written all over her face and the others will believe her. Plus Charlotte does not have a poker face when she's in the limelight or under pressure.

I always find it odd complaining about spoilers to a programme millions are watching, surely you stay off social media until you’ve watched it?!

I actually cringed last night when poor Freddie said Minah told him about the shield after she’d been banished 😑

I think they’ll banish Alexander tonight sadly, Charlotte too hopefully.

Freddie was like a 5 year old caught in a lie, and it just kept getting worse!

I don’t get the dislike of Charlotte. I was initially irritated about the accent, but she has made the best of being recruited as everyone has to. All the others have giggled about being evil and committing murders.

I think the difference is, we haven’t seen her ‘with’ anyone. The other traitors let off steam together, joking about their treachery. Charlotte has been a solo traitor longer than she was with Minah. So she lets off steam in the cam room.

She hasn’t bullied or been mean to anyone, just played strategically to protect herself as best she can.
Leanne tries to intimidate people into doing what she wants, which is why I don’t like her.
Poor old Alexander tries to use logic and reason which doesn’t get him far with this lot!

Put this on the last one - but I'll copy it here

I know some of you questioned the choice of Charlotte and if she'd been steered. I wonder whether Frankie was talked through/discussed the pros and cons of choosing a faithful/traitor.

At first glance you think it'd be better to know the identity of a traitor - but we can see now what a liability that could be and so choosing someone 'trustworthy' to team up with would at least give you some security in numbers.

She does need to decide when to reveal it as well and to who. If she doesn't announce it Charlotte can't push back against it ...

But the other person doesn’t know she's definitely a faithful.

CityofOliveBranch · 24/01/2025 08:58

Great thread title!

I’m rooting for any Faithful to win, even Leanne.

I didn’t mind Harry winning last year as he seemed to maintain some integrity, while doing so. Charlotte is plain ruthless and nasty imo.

I know it’s only a game, but I think it shows people’s true nature to some extent, evidenced by the awful Wilf in S1, who is still saying he’s glad he lost 🙄

Will and Harry were mean to him on Uncloaked. 😔

Charlotte is covert with her nastiness, which is why she is getting away with being undetected.

Appalonia · 24/01/2025 00:01

All these possible scenarios are making my head hurt!😁

Hard agree!

Again, though, why don't any of them seem to consider the fact that Freddie could have been recruited and was probably a faithful all along until very recently (ie. the night before!) and that their hunches and "feelings" were meaningless and not indicative of being a clever traitor hunter.

Leanne is going to get some of this prize money and that's a shame as she has been shown to be an aggressive and reactive individual, not a team player at all, hypocritical in the extreme and with an intensely annoying hair fiddling habit! So this makes me feel unexcited about the final and like the end of this series will be a damp squib for me.

EdithBond · 24/01/2025 09:01

@Choux Agree. IMHO, the best way to play the game is to figure out who the Traitors are and befriend them. Tell them you believe they’re 100% Faithful. Far more chance they won’t murder you as they need people they know won’t turn on them in the final rounds.

Traitor hunters always get murdered or banished, because they attract heat. The Faithful who survive to the end tend to be (gullible) mates of the Traitor.

Quite possible Alexander’s playing a smart game, clocked Charlotte and befriended her. If you’re observant enough, the clues are now there: Minah’s stare, Freddie’s chalkboard..

myplace · 24/01/2025 09:01

I think Charlotte’s position was intensified by coming in late as a traitor. She had to work fast.

Faithful’s have a hard job, but being an original traitor is pretty hard, too. Amanda nearly did it in series 1. I think she was an amazing traitor, even better than Minah.

JandamiHash · 24/01/2025 09:02

LlamaDrama20 · 24/01/2025 07:58

OK, so Frankie needs to persuade the others that Charlotte IS a traitor, using the fact that Freddie voted for her out of the blue. Alexander will likely believe her (seeing a chance to become an ally) and I think Leanne could be convinced.
Then Frankie and Alexander need to take out Leanne (for being such a Barbie) and then Jake…

What I don’t get is why they all tacitly accept Jake as a wise leader? Is it a psychological thing because he’s tall and male? If you listen to what he actually says, much of it is badly thought out drivel and random supposition. Him noticing Linda’s reaction to Claudia saying ‘traitors’ is the only useful thing I can remember him contributing?

Agree about Jake. He was the one who said about Kaz “It would be perfect, saving love any day and killing by night” which is perhaps the dumbest thing anyone has ever said on the Traitors and he thought it was SO clever!

Dulra · 24/01/2025 09:03

I think the seer business will see the end of Frankie and Charlotte. It is one persons word against the other and you aren't able to find out now what they are when banished so you wouldn't finish game until both gone.

I think Frankie has to out Charlotte because she can't win with Charlotte still in there so has to try and get her out

I'm just hoping Charlotte washes her hair for the grand finale.

I have to say I really don’t like shaming women for how they look but I have thought “Come on Charlotte you’re on the tele! Not mooching about your house”

On the subject of looks I think we are a very looks orientated society and perhaps the scruffy jumpers and dungarees aren’t helping her likeability

Plastictrees · 24/01/2025 09:06

I am assuming Freddie wasn’t allowed to say ‘I was a traitor, since last night’ or something similar - surely they will be considering the possibility of him being recruited!

witchycat2 · 24/01/2025 09:06

There have been some quite mean comments about Charlotte's looks on X and other sites which I don't like as it's about things she can't control. However she can control if her hair is washed.

Not playing nice for us. Playing nice for the other players.

Plastictrees · 24/01/2025 09:09

@BishyBarnyBee Apart from Minah and Freddie! Why would she not ‘play nice’ to those she knows are Faithfuls? I’m not getting your point.

TabloidFootprints · 24/01/2025 08:41

Actually I kind of agree - fair enough to discuss what has shown on TV in the thread itself as if you havent seen it yet you can avoid but the title makes it clear Alexander is still in the game and some people might not have seen last nights episode yet. I won’t be watching the final tonight as am going to the theatre, will catch up Sat morning, so wouldn’t want to see a thread title telling me something like that. Although I will be avoiding the internet entirely.

What toy going to see tonight @TabloidFootprints? I’m in London next week and need inspiration for a show (I accept you may not be in London!)

Catsandcheese · 24/01/2025 09:12

I just wonder will it be possible for Charlotte to recruit Frankie at this stage, as there is only one traitor going in to the last round?
If so they could team up and win together.
I have really enjoyed this series.

Dh thinks there should be T shirts available saying "doctor by day killer by night" - it was such a ridiculous thing to say!
