I'm not a Mumsnet Mushroom Maligner but mushroom risotto is a bit 'Beefeater Pub Vegetarian Option' for the GBM.

I had it on my iPhone, with a blood pressure monitor and I added a Kardia home ECG widget - recored readings twice a day and had phone check-ins with the registrar and nurse

It worked well for me.
