Given the amount of the day that Charlotte spent selling Micah as a traitor, I'd hope that Freddie realises Charlotte can't be trusted

I want to know what the specific rules are around traitors not being allowed to reveal each other. Like at breakfast tomorrow when freddie finds out charlotte knew Leanne had a shield, his face could be so angry with her, and could he say something like "Charlotte what the hell" kind of thing? Like obviously he is not allowed to say "Charlotte is a traitor and I know that because she recruited me to be one last night", but is he also banned from giving her a death stare, or sounding annoyed with her?
