And now (no expense spared)... here are ScruffMuffin's very unofficial Traitors Bingo Cards. No expense spared! Feel free to pick a colour (white, blue, pink, green or yellow) and play along tonight. We'll be playing here! Of course, you could use the excellent chart already supplied by another poster on the previous thread instead.

If you hear something very similar to, but not identical to, the words on your chosen card, the other people in the room get to decide if it's close enough. If you're watching on your own, mark as you see fit.

I would prefer her to get banished as it would make good TV as she’s so aggressive if her name is mentioned in even the slightest way.
I was really hoping she would tell Minah that Charlotte is saying her name at every opportunity so that Minah can wake up and see that she is a real Traitor to her!

Making tasks 100% sport would discriminate against older people or more brainy sorts, and we would end up with a bunch of dim influencers under 30.
I want more people like Fozia and Keith.

Same. I find it tedious when people are clearly seeking attention / a future as an influencer. I wish TV producers would select more ‘real’ people for these series. We need to value the real people.

So this last week is all down to Minah v Charlotte. Minah must be bluffing about sharing the money as the game cannot end without a final traitor being banished. Someone is doing the murders. The new rules mean the traitors have a better chance but I still think it’s down to Minah outwitting Charlotte.

Agree the editing will have a lot to do with how individuals are presented.

Leanne hasn’t done herself any favours though.

Yep - I thought that too- I’m just surprised that it didn’t come up at all in any discussion we saw as the faithfuls seem to discuss ridiculous reasons as to why someone is a traitor to ‘test the theory’ so I’m just surprised that they never discussed who was killed, where was the shield, could this tell us anything about where a traitor was - as they are events that actually happened. Unless they did and it was a quick convo and cut out - but it would have been good to see that if the edit is supposed to be a true representation of the game.

I thought it looked like Lisa had a “ refresh” done after she left!
I wasn’t keen on her allowed herself little “ white lies” while hiding behind her collar so others thought she must be trusted at all times.

I know people who have worked on the production as crew. They said that the crew and cast stayed at the mariott courtyard hotel at Inverness Airport. it's about a 40 minute drive from the castle where the filming is. They need somewhere big enough to keep everyone separated between filming. It also explains why nobody seems to eat at breakfast - they've all already eaten breakfast in the hotel before being taken to location.

I have done a wee bit of film/tv work as an extra and know just how long it takes to film everything, they must do very long days with a lot of hanging around between filming the breakfast then the task then the round table then the bit in the traitors tower or the little chats in the "diary room".

The game can end without a traitor being banished in the castle now though as the rules have changed from previous series and those who are banished in the final don’t disclose whether they are a traitor or a faithful. So minah and Charlotte can win together. I wondered if Charlotte has realised this based on how quickly she has started turning against minah and planting seeds. If they both get into the final they will be able to swing the vote and influence the remaining faithfuls to end the game - they have a better chance of winning with two traitors right at the end rather than just one.

Ah @GoldenGumballs I don’t know why my last post quoted you and this post rather than the one I was quoting - apologies for my sausage fingers and you probably guessed my post wasn’t replying to yours as it made no sense in reply!

Another one joining in the Joe hate. That bloody snide, "Oh, can we not have the tired and confused act 🙄," to Alexander. 😡Must be taking all of Alexander's diplomatic skills not to knock him out.

Even reading this I hear it in Joes whining voice and it irritates me 😂

Alexander is so calm and tactful, he's bloody amazing. I'd have told Joe to fuck off by now 😂

Both Minah and Alexander need to talk more at the table.

I think it was because he came in late . When they had already formed allegiances so they see him as an interloper. They didn't like or trust Fozia either. I though it was horrible when they were opening the coffins the way they were all hoping it was him or Fozia who was murdered

How does the game end then? When there are just two players left?

She was playing a game though. She wouldn't have gone into it if she wasn't prepared to lie

When the people left vote to end it. Could be 2 people, could be 3. They have to make a decision about whether they think there are traitors left, knowing that if there is still a traitor left, they take the lot.

Presumably like previous years the remaining players get to decide if they vote again.
If anyone says yes (via coloured stuff chucked on the fire) they go again until everyone is happy/ there are only two left.

Charlotte is proving to be a phenomenal traitor
I don't agree I think she's adapted to the role well but I don't think she'd have lasted as long as Minah if recruited from the beginning. She's too obvious in my opinion but they aren't seeing it because she was a faithful for so long.

I would like to know Alexander’s voting strategy at the round table tbh as he is coming across as quite random - almost as random as Linda with her voting? He very confidently gave info about Leanne and someone else (Minah? Can’t remember who) as an ‘insurance policy’ to some of the players a few days ago and then voted a different way in the next couple of episodes and then was like ‘guyzzzz I’m stumped no idea’ last night. What is that all about?

Is it weird editing (e.g., convos happen out of sync with how they are shown to whack up the drama) or is he flip flopping around/ falling victim to the collective amnesia reset button that all the dimfluencer types and joe seem to press every morning before breakfast?

No one can accuse Freddie or Jake of being smart, but at least they are slightly more consistent with their suspicions. I just don’t get Alexander - unless it’s some weird ‘weighing up’ thing where there’s just no point in voting for someone who you truly believe is a traitor if no one else does at that point? Fuck knows honestly.

Is it filmed over the 12 days I wonder or longer? Anyone know?

I think with Leanne it’s quite impressive that she’s spent 12 years in the army and come out with no people skills in terms of getting along with people you’re in close quarters with and resolving arguments without flying off the handle constantly. Jonny in S2 was also a soldier as well as Harry and he was well-liked and got on with people.

I'm sure I read that the whole thing takes a fortnight so it is full on filming during that time. I would imagine the drone shots of landrovers driving or the setup of the tasks is done later.

I think they also filmed the US version which is going to be shown next on iplayer plus the BBC celeb version back to back so the same crew working 6 weeks flat out, and they'd reuse a lot of the drone footage.

Yes. In Race Across The World, they go back and do a lot of the location shots later.

Does Frankie look like someone famous? I keep feeling she looks familiar but I can't think why.
