In traitors uncloaked it showed a slightly longer clip where you could see linda giggling before hand as they were talking to foziah and laughing as she said it.

But if they try to murder Jake then it will be an absolute certainty that all the traitors were in the castle.

If the traitors had been in the woods and knew Jake had the shield they could murder anyone else regardless of where they were during the task.

If they murder Joe it doesn't prove there was a traitor in the woods, and if they murder Leanne it doesn't prove that the traitors were in the castle.

But voting for Leanne wouldn't prove either way, traitors could know who has the shield and still go for Leanne regardless of being in the woods or not

But no one will know they tried to murder Jake. They might think that but they wouldn't know. They don't know that Charlotte was recruited because there was also a murder the night she was recruited so as far as they know Linda hasn't been recruited yet. So it could be that they recruited rather than murdered.
I don't think no murder will necessarily tell them anything. If they watched the last series they should know that as they all thought the traitors had tried to murder Harry (who had a shield) when really they had recruited.

Even if they did try and murder Jake that could be spinned as the traitors trying to frame one or more of the Castle lot, or spun as a Recruitment to maybe throw one Traitor under a bus or a deliberate redirection.

So many theories that Minah needs to start thinking about to get the heat off her from Charlotte.

Do we know when the series was filmed? In that Daily Mail article it says Leanne only announced her intention to leave the army in October, so hopefully it wasn't winning the series that enabled her to give up her job!

Lisa would be a massive mistake. Pretty much saying all the traitors were in the castle group.

If they take a punt with Jake and miss then at least people will not know if he was saved by a shield or if they recruited instead. And if they get a hit then it makes everyone think there must be at least one traitor in the woods group.

No murder, and Jake will go on and on and on about the fact he had a shield and the traitors have tried to murder him, and i think he'll focus on the fact told all but Alexander. He is a genius after all! (I'm being mean - because he would be right of course no murder would mean they tried to murder him.)

They need to murder Joe. Because he's got a "big personality". But seeing Charlotte thinks that, we may need to question her decision making, even more than we have over the fake Welsh accent.

I'm so annoyed that Jake got the shield. He's still as unpleasant as he was before Kas got banished. If the traitors have gone for Jake, I can see him doing the same thing with Alexandar, and suggesting he's a traitor for being sly or whatever because he's a diplomat.
Perhaps he's threatened by men who appear to be more intelligent than him?

Charlotte is trying to out Minah Minah and wants to be queen bee. Well, kudos to her for not being the nodding dog, but I'd be gutted for Minah of she was banished because Charlotte for rid of her.

I really hope Lisa isn't murdered. Alex was lovely on Uncloaked, and it's nice to hear Lisa and Linda attended his wedding. It's so Linda for to have forgotten she attended!

No one in the UK series has had an attempted murder whilst having a shield so we dont know what happens.

In the US one the shielded player got the letter saying there had been an attempt to murder

Harry never had an attempted murder whilst he had the shield, he couldnt, he was a traitor

Yes, I like Alex too. He didn’t get enough screen time imo. Joe led the charge to get him banished. He’s such a tool with zero self awareness

I agree with your logic - a traitor can kill anyone - if someone in the castle is killed it doesnt necessarily mean the traitors were in the castle - the traitor could have been in the woods, known who had the shield but wanted to kill someone in the castle anyway. The only benefit a traitor had being in the woods was that they would know Jake has the shield so know not to kill him.

Now if Jake survives banishment tomorrow and is then killed at the next murder (ie when he doesn’t have the shield) that would implicate someone in the woods as a traitor, as they may have had him as a target the night before but couldn’t kill him as they knew he had the shield.

I've given this too much thought- i am too invested! Sadly I think the only person who is going to be thinking through all the logically options is alexander - and the group won’t listen and say he’s a traitor.

But I think she must be really thick to imagine that 'everything has changed' just because she was in the spotlight for 10 seconds. Obviously self-absorbed, but actually stupid enough to think that her being voted against is different to anyone else being voted against and that people will be shocked or even bothered Did she forget it was a game and not an Instagram popularity contest?

Charlotte as a Traitor is a bit of a revelation. She is far more ruthless than I thought she would be.

the murder of a defenceless teddy bear annoyed me. Jake didn't care, just ripped it apart.

I don't detest/hate any of them as its all down to how its edited. there always has to be a bad guy/girl.

but I can't forgive Alexander for being chosen over bad haircut Jack. I think Jack would have been more fun that him or Fozia.
