Between The Traitors, Shetland, Outlander and An t-eilean all the best TV at the moment seems to set in Scotland. (I'd love a series of The Hunted with the first drop in Inverness, but that's another thread). I don't know if its the landscapes, or what, but it just seems to be a cut above a lot of the other TV out there.
I loved the starting episodes of An t-Eilean, the story is great, the scenery beautiful and the gaelic just enough to challenge what I learned as a child. I'd highly recommend it to anyone.
