He's been really great with Ruby but the only fly in the ointment is that he asked her why she let Anthony move in with them and she said it was to keep Steph happy rather than admit he was blackmailing her about Cain so more trouble ahead I guess.

@CherryogDog Wendy was being blackmailed by the reporter. They knew she wasn't actually a qualified nurse because of a drug conviction. But instead of owning up to it decided to throw her neighbours under the bus. Told reporter that Rhona used to be an addict and that she'd recently kidnapped baby Ivy. The newspaper then implied Rhona had something to do with April's disappearance.

It's just stupid running the April storyline alongside Ruby's story as Ruby is smashing it and noone gives a shit about April.

I wish they'd wrap up the April story, it's boring, Marlon is irritating, maybe he'll die from his cough just as April returns.
That Christmas scene of drunk April with the chocolate cake made me nauseous.
Obviously I'm a horrible uncaring woman but the only reason I'd care if April was dead would be Marion's grieving scenes which would probably take up 20 minutes per episode for the next three years.

I thought Marlon coughing into his jacket sleeve with such force (wonderful acting NOT) was awful. Ok Marlon I know you've got other more urgent things on your mind right now but please get that jacket on a hot wash asap. 🫢😗
