Surprisingly, Linda seems to be loved on TikTok. There are hilarious edits of her obvious traitor behaviour.

My DD is 10 and has been taught cursive! I don’t think it’s to do with cursive in general, it’s the style of the lowercase z. I’m Gen X and do the looping down one, is there a different version now?

So, I realised that I could answer this question by giving DD a pencil and paper! Yes, her z is a different style and doesn’t go below the line like mine would

PS Re z issue - if Linda is challenged about this she just has to say that somebody has copied her writing style to incriminate her, given that she was close to being banished anyway.

To put that up now appears to me that she will be voted out soon

@ZeusandClio Alex is actually a man, not a woman or trans woman. An interview with him included the following :

“If you win the prize money, what do you think you'll spend it on?
Me and my wife aren't able to have biological children and it's obviously very expensive to start IVF so that would be the first thing on the list. I'm desperate to be a dad, I'm just a big kid and just always wanted to be a dad. So that will be first on the list. And then just boring stuff, pay off debt, take my family on a holiday, all that sort of stuff. You know, give them a bit of a treat.”

Something I noticed was Freddie calling the group out for being a clique but then saying he didn’t even know what the word meant.

Surely when he said that it would make sense to then question where he had heard this word, as it was obvious someone had been feeding him lines. If anyone had thought to follow up on this it would have led straight back to Minah!

Alexander is in conflict resolution! I do think he'll be recruited as a traitor and that the twist will be that whoever looses the game is banished but the others will be put into the pot for being a traitor and this time the person picked cannot refuse. I'd definitely pick Alexander.

Bear in mind I'm totally hopeless at the guessing even though I do love watching it. Minah will obviously make the good choice as she's playing a blinder and is brilliant!

Procrastination4 isn't the fact that there are fertility issues in the marriage an indicator that Alex was born biologically female?

I think Minah is great at being under the radar and I would like her to win but the decision making on who to seduce - Anna - wasn't very good. She needs better traitors to work with to think through their strategy.

I’m new to the Traitors this year - not sure quite how as I bloody love it. Think I was put off by the hype previously - but now I can see it deserves it. Am gonna binge watch a previous series - but sadly not season two UK as I know who won from the media. Any recommendations which one to go for? Sounds like the Australian ones were good?

As much as I dislike Jake, I would like to see him successfully influence enough people to vote Linda out. He has done that with Fozia who is keeping a close eye on her.

It is frustrating seeing Linda saved by the skin of her teeth over and over, because the group are suddenly distracted by what someone else has said, so they chase that red herring instead!

Minah is absolutely amazing at the manipulation though, because no one has said anything against her yet, except for Dan,who has been banished with a very convenient reason for Minah to go undetected.

Worth watching UK season one – two is better and actually I would say probably still worth watching even if you know the winner because it was so entertaining. But one is also great and has the freshness of NO ONE having a clue how it will work out.

Australia one is brilliant, Australia 2 is brilliant because it’s so bizarre… I will say no more, it’s a less satisfying watch though.

New Zealand is very solid and features mainly older, intelligent faithful so it makes for a much more civilised experience. I seem to remember half the contestants already know each other, though, because New Zealand just presumably so small. 🤣

I actually really enjoyed US 2 where the faithfuls were a bit more clued up, but the US do this bizarre thing of mixing reality show styles with “real“ people which is just silly. Wouldn’t bother with US season one Canada is nothing special.

I know I keep banging on about it but definitely watch the Australian S1. Teresa made me laugh every episode.

Alexander's performance at that card game made me laugh; he was practically whimpering with anxiety 😆.

If she asked for the card she'd just given Anna, one of the others (probably Alexander) would work out that that must be the life card.

Some of the NZ players are NZ celebrities too. That's why they know each other.

I haven't been on the thread since the early hours but has anyone had any further thoughts on why they showed all that fuss about who marked who in the gunk game and why it was SUCH a problem for Francesca that Dan lied? That side story came up and whoosh! Dan was gone. I find it very suspect.

If they do, the next challenge should involve writing. Then the brighter among them might start having a look at the handwriting on the picture.

Yes, I know. Two women can't have their own biological children (yet?). I took that as confirmation of a same sex couple.

Alex clearly identifies as male and if not biologically male must be on testosterone. I don't read Alex as male, so I've assumed transman from the start.
