So I'm guessing Sonia "dies" in the car crash into the Queen Vic on Honey and Billy's wedding day (19th Feb, 40th anniversary date).
Question is, will she be dead-dead, or EE-dead?!
And who will get her house?!!

Sonia die whilst pregnant? Surely not. I want Reiss the one to die!

It's his tank of a volvo that has been shown in spoiler photos crashed into the side of the Vic.

I would absolutely hate it if Reiss got his hands on Dot's house and had the baby he wanted too (but no Sonia).

We know he’s leaving so no he won’t get a million pound house.

I don't think Sonia will die, I think she will leave with Bianca. The press have made it sound very dramatic but Natalie has quit twice before and returned.

Reiss will almost certainly die because they won't want the bother of a trial and want the storyline over with.

The Cindy storyline is descending into farce, in the space of one episode she was certain 3 different people attacked her.

Hi all, just found this thread having gotten back into Eastenders after a few years off. Also bored with the Cindy whodunit storyline too, quite frankly I don't care. My money is on Kojo though - who conveniently has an alibi from George in the eyes of the police, and has flown under the radar as a suspect. I think he was defending George/Kwame after all the kerfuffle on Christmas Day. We shall see!

Her invisible daughter Becs is her NOK, so unless Sonia has a Will stating otherwise, Becs would get everything in the event of her death. Unless of course the new baby was born.

I thought Pete Beale ( Ians Dad Pete Beale ) had storage next to the pub ? Might've got moved out from there though?
There's an alleyway by the Vic and a door to the barrel store for deliveries so maybe that was originally Pete's store ?

If Martin has his store next to Bianca then Reiss would know what times he goes there to lock up . (So could avoid him )

Martin has been banging on for several episodes about what a loser he is, no house or stall of his own. Now Ruby has bought him the stall and he'll presumably get the house from Sonia. So he's still achieved nothing, just been provided for by his ex/partner.

Ruby literally bought Martin last night. I suppose it is a very Ruby thing to do!

Maybe Sonia will leave once she has the baby or something like that? She has her mum and Bex somewhere that could take her in.
Martin might move into her place.
This is assuming that Reiss dies eventually or ends up in jail. Or he may just disappear like Stacey's brother once did into the middle distance and never spoken off again ! 😆

I bet that Reiss makes ( or made ) her change the Will now she's out of being on remand! We always said he wanted the house and he'll use the new baby as an excuse too.
He was written out of Debbie's will, but Sonia isn't as savvy and still believes the lies.

Reiss will die though so it doesn't really matter about the Will. There would be no point keeping him alive as Sonia is leaving and his story is over.
