I'd quite like to own a Pub IRL but I know they are hard work t run and you need a dedicated team behind you .
As a non-drinker , if some asked me what I;d recommend , I;d be all "Ermmmm , pint of the usual"

I did notice Stacey getting into the Ambulance with the door open to disguise her bump . !

It's amazing how people move to the square and have links randomly

Apart from having to pay a lot for a license most pubs have to pay huge amounts of business rates too.
Not that any of this bothers the licensees on Albert square who seem to have loads of money and lots of ' drinks on the ' ouse ' moments which never happens in real life I bet ( I don't go in pubs that often these days to know, but I doubt it happens)

An unreasonable lack of privacy and security where people can just wander into the bar , the barrel store , the upstairs rooms .

Many of the pubs round here have been turned into Tesco Metro or demolished to use the land for flats .

It's completely unrealistic for pubs on EE all round.

And I can just add - NO CCTV!

The lack of cctv is odd as London has the most anywhere in the world ( so I believe )

Didn't Stacey say she would wait for Kheerat, when he was "banged up" for a murder he didn't commit? She was in love with him and now he is never mentioned. If you count the stalker she was involved with, that's 2 men who have been incarcerated after knowing Stacey. Then there was Bradley . . .

I think half the appeal of Kheerat for Stacey was the fact it royally pi**ed off his Mum (Suki) with them being in a relationship.
There was an episode where the irritating Ranveer ( Uncle , ended up clobbered by a clock and in a suitcase ) was trying to arrange his marriage to a "suitable woman" . ( Educated , good family , religion, not a twice divorced mother of 3 by 3 different dads , who had been in prison. )
Kheerat rallied against this .

When Kheerat first came into the Square to reclaim his car that had been stolen from Westfields Straford City car park , he was quite menacing to Ben.

And Ben is someone who doesn;t get phased by menace !

The difference in personality between Kheerat and Ravi ( half brothers ) is a bit like Paul and Anthony Trueman.
Paul was the Bad One , chancer , drug dealer , had a daughter he never saw and ended up getting killed by someone he owed money to . ( It was quite a sad end to the episode when he got into his taxi then realised that the driver was going to kill him, he pleaded make it quick )

Anthony was the Doctor , very respectable , nice mannered . His Mother did not want him with Zoe and certainly not with Kat .

It turned out that Paul went to prison as he took the rap for Anthony in a driving incident . Having a conviction would ruin Anthony's chance in Medical School. Paul thought he could win Patricks love by throwing himself into the fire. It didn't work .

Anothony and Paul were half brothers too . Patrick never accepted him after he found this out ,

Grant is back soon - its only right as he's needed for phils mental health storyline

One thing I hate about tv shows is having objectively bad men going through mental health issues to encourage men to talk to eachother

I remember watching top boy and there was a bit about men's mental health and im like - you're gangsters 😄😄 your mental health should be bad!

Anyway

The cast needs purging as its too bloated. I'd love for the following to go

Nugget - dies for being annoying
Vinny, objectively useless, dies
Zack - leaves
Kojo - leaves
Felix - leaves, he's not done anything for ages

I wonder if phil will die on the anniversary - i always thought they'd bring back grant for phils death, plus they've got the new Mitchell boys now. Makes sense 🥺

I think little raymond and albie will be raised as the new mitchell bros for the future

I also think they'll bring back Zoe and little mo

I thought chris clenshaw would bring paul back tbh, given that we never saw him die

It was so sad though, the way he left. But I also hated how he was with janine when she was prostituting and using Barry

I did that once ( like you , huge storyline been in the News and covers of magazines , I haven;t darkened that thread again for fear I get mixed up . Safer on Spoilers )

I like Vinny , yes he's a useless , under his Mothers Thumb Mummy's Boy but he's quite sweet .He was completely overwhelmed with Dotty when she was with him, he seems to think he can handle strong women (but he cannot)
Nugget can go by whatever means possible . I disliked him when he arrived , grew a bit fond of him when he was ill after the drug incident but he's morphed back into a little arse so he can be the 40th Anniversary Tragic Death ,

Kojo - meh , he doesn't add anything .
Zac will be back , him and Martin are a good Bromamce . And I think Sharon will lean heavily on her brother when Grant comes back and she's in turmoil between Grant , Phil and Teddy (I don;t think she really sees a future with Teddy , he's just handy , on the Square and not beaten by the ugly stick )
They cannot kill Phil, he's like Dot Cotton or the ravens at the Tower of London. Literally the actors own death will be the only reason he should leave .

Cannot abide Priya , she doesn't do the SnakeHead thing so much but she needs to get some self respect and a new wardrobe advisor too .

I want FatBoy to come back (he made a brief appearance at Dots funeral but I think it was just a reflection in a window - the actor has been disgraced but a Nu Head FatBoy is not an option,
