I watched it in the original language with subtitles, as I always do (come from a culture where dubbing is considered for children) so cannot comment on the dubbing, neither can I comment on the subtitle translation as I don't speak Korean. I saw some criticism of it in season one, however.
I just don't understand why the season took so long to get things rolling? The first episodes really dragged, then we had action packed episodes with odd cliffhangers and that ending, ugh!
Was there some problem during filming that meant season 2 had to be split into two? Because that's what it feels like.
I also didn't enjoy the shift from "winning through sheer dumb luck" to "plot armor stops me from dying". There were plenty of raised eyebrows in the last two episodes!
On the other hand, loved the games. Would have liked to see all 6, but glad to see games that don't rely fully on luck like the glass walking one, or super fast ones like tug of war. Those were very underwhelming after the first 3 games in series 1.
