On BBC iPlayer.

Irish language 6 part murder mystery.

I am loving the brooding protagonist. And the music. Really good so far (on episode 2).

Really enjoyed this series, excellent last episode.

Anyone watching this? I'm liking it but can't stand the journalist, she's such an utter smug twat.

deeahgwitch · 01/02/2025 00:24

I watched it and didn't like the journalist character either.

Fathomless · 01/02/2025 11:41

She's a proper vulture and clearly only cares about the story. when the body's discovered she says something like 'Can you imagine if it was murder, be even better'. I wanted to punch her 😤

I enjoyed Cra and the ending. Thought I might pick up a bit of Gaelic but sadly not.

Mochudubh · 01/02/2025 11:51

I enjoyed Cra but did feel there were quite a few holes.

Why did the main character come back through Ray's house when he could have just left through the yard?

Also I couldn't look at Gard Barry without seeing Conor from The Young Offenders.

@Mochudubh but Conor from Young Offenders was fab Grin
Great seeing him again

To be clear @JackieGoodman, I meant that in a good way, I just kept expecting him to breakout into the dance they do in the titles of TYO.

I've only seen the more recent series and have only just discovered that there was a previous film - off to look on streaming.
