have missed a couple of weeks due to school holidays etc.

so am assuming that she killed Johny Cooper? and if so what was the connection?

and why did she pay that bloke a grand (missed the end aswell yesterday)?

i missed the killing bit. but he had something over her.

She was hiding him until his injuries got better I think - so he would leave them alone. He ended up in Hospital where I think she switched some drugs and he died. Now she is trying to hide it.

I have missed a few too so if anyone has the full story let us know

Sam paid the bloke to beat her up and told Jack that someone had pushed their way into the house and done it, then told her to keep quiet aboout what she saw at the hospital.

Ok - deep breath:

When Sam first came to the Bay, she was apparently on the run from violent connections of her ex who she had helped put in prison. Johnny Cooper was in prison with her ex (how handy is that, eh?)and found out that it seems our Sam isn't as snow white and innocent as she seems. So he was able to blackmail her into hiding him when he was on the run after stabbing Sally. (Are you keeping up so far at the back?) One night, Johnny took his chance to get his revenge on Ric, attacking him, hitting Jazz and threatening to rape Matilda. Sam comes in and whacks him over the back of the head with a cricket bat, putting him in a coma. However, she is so worried that he's going to come round and blab that she switches his dose of antibiotics with a dose of some drug that kills him instantly. She tries to pretend that she saw someone else at the hospital on the day of Johnny's death but Rachel and the cops are still suspicious of her because she was the only one at the hospital that day who had the opportunity to switch the drugs. To avert suspicion once and for all, she pays a man to beat her up and then pretends that it was done by someone (Johnny's imaginary killer) to shut her up.

Phew! But you did ask for the whole story...

And Drew and Belle split up because he couldn't cope with her putting her job first before him - she went to work instead of coming to Dan's memorial service, etc. But they really split up because Bobby Morley's leaving and Jessica Tovey isn't!

Ok, off to hide my head in shame at how much I know. But I do love this programme!

So what happens with the note Johnny hid under the bed? Is it found, as it's in a book now isn't it? I can't believe I've started watching this again, it's only since neighbours moved to 5 and I watched it accidently!!!

You'll never escape now - it's addictive! I watch it on Five Life (or Fiver now - what's that name change about?!) and the note under the bed has just been read - by Jack! That's how the last episode I saw ended so I think tonight might be showdown time!

ooooh - lol! I used to watch it years ago when it was Bobby, Frank, carly etc.. then when it went to 5 our TV reception was rubbish so I 'gave it up'. Watching it now and may have to tape it later if it's a cliffhanger

Ah ah, I missed all last weeks so was rather confused.

I'm glad I found this thread, I was about to try and find out what Sam had done through google. So what did she actually do that makes her not be as innocent as she makes out? Slayerette, please let me know! I am desperate for Martha and Jack to get back together.

Ok - here be MAJOR spoilers for arthursmum - don't read on if you don't want to know!

Sam's ex, Shane, was in prison for drug dealing. It turns out that it was Sam who started him in the business by stealing drugs from the hospital where she worked for him to sell. Once the police were on to them, she struck a deal to testify against Shane so that she could go free.

Jack finds out all this from the letter and goes ballistic but Sam drops the (convenient) bombshell that she's pregnant. However, she and Jack later have a row in which he pushes her away and she falls and loses the baby. Then she disappears for a while, not to be seen until she washes up on the shore - dead! A number of people are suspected of her murder but I'm not sure whether she was murdered or whether it turns out to be suicide.

The signs seem to be that Martha and Roman do split up and she and Jack could well get back together...

Oooh!!! I feel soiled and dirty, but in a very good way!

So what happened to Frank and Carly...
