From what I can tell, Sky One have the rights and are doing a coupld of pilot episodes. I don't know if there's any news on casting, and I just allowed myself to be drawn in to a pedantry discussion at OG on whether or not you could say 'Blake's 7' if Blake himself were one of the seven. [shame]

and on-topic, yes, I think PG's interview technique has improved greatly just recently. I hate the Top Gear one, because he's so nervous, but last night he was completely at ease and very funny. You know, on the telly, like

But agree more relaxed. Not really noticed the legs before, but yes, long. (DH has long legs )

He's a lot slimmer than he was in the second series of Life on Mars. I'm tittering slightly at the idea of him being a camp vampire slayer.

I've only seen him in LoM and A2A so I am imagining Gene Hunt mincing up to a vampire and telling him he's surrounded by armed bastards. I have to say it's a bit of a stretch ...
