Sam Thompson - on the spin off show. He was a contestant last year (?) with Marvin. He’s besties with Pete Wicks (TOWIE/SCD) they do a podcast together. He dates Zara (ex LI) who he met on MIC.He has ADHD or something similar which apparently means he gets to act like a 9 year old boy whose games lesson has been rained off….Sweet enough but zero self awareness and as annoying as Dean IRL I expect.

Think that about sums him up

Sam is supremely annoying and makes me fast forward anything he is on.

Dean really sealed his fate over log gate. Alan strikes me as as nice and decent as he comes across, no mask, and exactly like Tyrone on cc 😀

I hope he is voted off first, the way he stood over Alan and what he said showed the real Dean, unpleasant, and as we already know, he is entitled and spoilt. Annoying little shit he is.

I am sure Colleen with smash the challenge. Once again, we will have to watch Dean barely attempt it and flap around like a wet hen!

I had never heard of Dean until recently when he was on Big Brother Late and Live. AJ and Will spouted a lot of nonsense about how wonderful he was and how lucky they were to have him on the show. I think his appearance on BBLL has boosted his already over inflated ego. He comes across as a wannabe who wants to cosy up to celebrities and be one of them. He’s starstruck by Danny and Colleen. He wouldn’t speak down to them the way he did to Alan as Coronation st probably isn’t on his radar. I hope the attention seeking unpleasant little shit disappears into obscurity after being voted out.

Dean isn't that bad. He's not the best but not some awful villain.

I found him very annoying last year

I disagree, I actually think he’s a teeny bit of a narcissist - I know that’s massively overly disorganised in MN but hear me out.

I think he’s very selfish. He’s showed no remorse about the tea bag smuggling and didn’t even try to hide it. Which I think shows his level of not giving a fuck about getting the camp into trouble. No apologies at all when they got a treat taken away as punishment.

He chickened out and said IACGMOOH on 2 trials, thinking it was brilliant he only got a few stars and wanting adulation (and the camp gave it to him). In t’olden IACGMOOH days he’d have had gone away with no stars for that and I still think he have been ok with that. Despite doing naff all in the trial with Danny he was happy to take the credit rather than pointing out that Danny got the vast majority.

Danny (understandably) bagsied the new bed, which Dean tried to get him to swap with him. Then Dean proceeded to fall asleep early on that bed and then took a VERY long time to even respond to Alan when he was woken. The contact lenses thing is BS, he didn’t wanna go (presumably to stealth steal the bed IMO) and then felt humiliated because Alan said out loud “You not fancy it ok the “. Then Oti told him to get his arse up, I think he felt humiliated/rumbled/angry.

He is happy to play up to the scaredy-cat stereotype but then got all alpha and aggressive with Alan, putting his hands on him, towering over him and not letting him speak, before making a big deal about “I’ll always help Jane” despite the fact he let her carry a heavy bag around while he took a few logs.

He’s showing his true colours and they ain’t pretty. But I’m here for it as I’m ready for a bit of conflict now 😂

Also has a gone else spotted that they don’t have the big high-up balcony thing any more? Coleen was doing exercises by the creek, they usually use that space for it. What’s happened?!

I think Dean is a prime example of what happens when you are never told no as a child. Intrinsically selfish. He cannot hide his actual personality in for that long. Even when he watches it all back he won’t see what we see at all. The fact that his Mum sent in face cream when pretty much everyone else had something that could be shared (pillows/Music etc) says it all really.

I said a couple of days ago Dean annoying well he’s shown his true colours last night…nasty little oink!

He tried to get the bed off Danny then pretended to be alseep ….well done Alan the way he handled that!

Oti has the ran out of patience with him he’s lazy and not a team player hopefully he’ll be a goner …

I’m ready for people to leave now I have to say. I want to see more of Oti, Melvin, Barry and Alan. It’s always better when there ls only a handful left

Ive split votes between Maura and Richard because I’m a stirrer and think it would be funny if they got the “luxury” experience again 🤣

We’ve hardly seen Barry or Alan they aren’t getting much air time…

The thing is though, if Dean gets voted out, he goes to a luxury hotel for the duration, and he will love that. If he stays in camp, he'll suffer for a bit longer and maybe cause ructions which would be more entertaining for us viewers.

I'd vote to keep him at 4th, in touching distance of a win, but failing at the last minute. But that's cos I'm mean!!

I always think it’s rubbish for the winner they get a night in the lovely hotel before flying home while people who are awful get an all expenses paid holiday with their family

I always wonder why they don’t just send them home when they are evicted rather than keeping them so they can sit on a bench on the final show
