I know right!
How very selfish of them to only give up 6 weeks of their life to entertain us 😉
What are we supposed to do with our evenings and what are we going to moan about now 😁

I have no doubt that Lilly meets the diagnostic criteria for ADHD. It's a mystery that she got through school without a diagnosis. It's not helped her. It's just added anxiety and low self esteem into the mix.

Given Ali's profession I expect she knows this. In this context to tell her to shut the fuck up is wildly inappropriate and bordering on bullying. I'm not surprised that Ali protected her despite lily's behaviour and how triggering ali personally felt this.

She did comment that Lily gets more loud the more stressed she is. And did say to other housemates you have to let her release her stress.

I do think that Ali deserves the support she is receiving. She has left her comfort zone. For an ND person this is huge.

The rest of the housemates are deluded and massive egoists. Aside from Emma and Nathan who are too busy having a good time to care.

This is a great post.
Ali absoutley deserves the support. Some posts written about her have been cruel.
She is very analytical and reflective. She was a fantastic support to Lily.
There also seems to be a lack of understanding about neurodivergence. ADHD and autism can present in many different ways and it is an invisible disability so you cannot see the internal struggle.

So you think Ali has been suppressing it the whole 6 weeks?

So everybody was just supposed to sit and smile sweetly whilst Lily was screaming her head off whilst many times denying she had ADHD? Were they supposed to disbelieve her and make allowances anyway?

It is possible to be ND and an arse.

She has been cruel too

They just don't see it as she delivers it in such a calm, measured way.

JaneJeffer · 15/11/2024 17:35

The way she was looking at Segun the other night gave me chills 😰

Yes or any other mental health problems. Some people use it as an excuse for everything. You can be hurt by people with mental health problems.
I bet previous girlfriends of Ali s have been upset/ annoyed/ confused when she broke up with them.

RonSwansonsChair · 15/11/2024 18:11

Agree with some.

But her targeted malice towards Khaled..

Was this leaving her comfort zone?

What's that @RonSwansonsChair ? 🧐

All 'Bout Ali ??

CellophaneFlower · 15/11/2024 18:33

Ali honestly seems to care more about being right than anything else. She'd never be happy to be proved wrong if it turned out somebody actually wasn't the bad person she'd thought.
