Evan is good. I was pleased if I managed to whip up a non-lumpy Angel Delight at his age (12).

There is a lot of fat on the hogget, but actually it's a different texture to lamb fat (it's lighter) so it's probably OK.

So, mysteriously that hogget fat is OK - but on lamb I’m pretty sure they'd be pouncing on it.

I had such high hopes for you Dairo, but you were too ambitious.

I like Dani and think she is really good (wasabi on puddings aside) but I still feel a bit iffy about the whole GBM thing. I'm glad there are more female chefs this year and the producers must have headhunted her, but still.
