The Wynne and being ' handsy' thing..I agree it's one rule for him and one for the others. Sarah and Vito are superglued together, ridiculous amounts of hugging and kissing. Same goes for most of the others. I find it quite off putting and a bit disturbing if it's something they are ' told' to do.

I agree too re Wynne hand gate as some people have called it. It's a big fuss over nothing and if you see how Wynne and Katya during training and on sm, it's clear they get on very well with each other.

Sarah and Vito are very tactile with each other, and nobody says a thing. Shes popular and shes a great dancer, but it is one rule for her and another for Wynne.
She announced on the show that she sniffed Vito's shoes before finding out it was him. Now if a male contestant said that, I'm pretty sure there would be posters calling them a pervert or shoe fetishist!

No one would be saying anything about Wynne being handsy if Katya hadn't shifted his hand. That's the only reason anyone's making a big deal out of it.

I agree, however, that as Katya has said since then it's nothing to worry about people should stop making a fuss and move on.

I don't like Wynne but it's nothing to do with that. I just find him irritating, like I did when he was on MasterChef.

I don't think Wynne is a good dancer. That's why I don't think he should go further. TBH I don't think any of the men are good dancers.

I think Wynne is better than Joe or Chris.

I didn't say the handsy thing was a joke. The high five thing was.

Sorry whose Joe? I think all the men are mediocre except JB who would probably be more memorable with a better partner.

I like JB, Shayne and Jamie. Wynne I don't mind but not keen on Pete at all. I like Chris but haven't really enjoyed any of his dances and the last 2 have been pretty awful

I’d enjoy more banter between Chris and Craig. They both know Craig is acting in character and Chris is used to responding amusingly to hecklers.

That's my point, not really a great choice for Icons week then - couldn't they have got someone, anyone, at least a bit famous and saved them for another week?

Since they're clearly moulded from the 90s boy band template, maybe they could have done cover versions of well known 90s boy band songs. 😂

Seriously though, I thought they were a bizarre choice for icons week, and I'm sure in a couple of years time, they will have a completely different sound and image.

I’m of the view that I should believe what women say.
So, if Katya says that she’s comfortable with her celeb partner, that’s good enough for me.

I’d like Wynne to leave this Saturday or next because although he seems cheerful and I respect any man or woman who brings up their children alone, I think that he’s one of the weakest dancers now. Nothing to do with his hands. If he produces a robust dance on Saturday I’ll change my mind. 🤷‍♀️

Has Chris done a waltz yet? If so, are there any other slower ones? Maybe a rumba or couples choice? Kind of feel like he could do with a less exhausting dance for a bit of a break!

It's really not - If Vito or Sarah had reacted as Katya did in similar circumstances then I'd be saying the same thing. Plus I think her sniffing his shoes is gross & would think that about anyone doing similar.

Amy is out for the rest of the competition with a foot injury. First time a foot injury has been mentioned....

Obviously it's her private medical info and she has Crohns as well as recovering from cancer so we have no right to know but the foot injury seems like a fake reason. It would have been better in my opinion to just say she needed more time to rest and recover.

Unless she really DOES have a foot injury. But if so why wasn't that mentioned before?

Was just coming on to see if anyone else has heard about a foot injury before this. Didn’t she break her foot last year? She had one of those boot things on if memory serves.
Poor Amy she’s had some rough times lately.

I really hope that it's a foot injury and nothing more sinister 🙏🏻 I agree it's a bit strange, but maybe the injury only happened yesterday or today and it's just very bad luck?
