Lace probably had to incorporate this whole scenario into bedtime stories. Nafes on Reader Level 2 now so can read 3 letter words along with his pictures.

Am I the only one who thinks Nathan is really smart? He's quiet but he stays out of all the drama. When he does say something it's usually quite witty or pointed. He's funny and seems like a sweetheart. He's built his popularity by staying out of drama. I think he's very clever!

Nathan is a sweetie. I'm not sure how he really feels about Lacey though. I think when push comes to shove he won't want to live anywhere near Mommie Dearest.

In honesty I think Nathan is adorable and I don't believe he's as dim as he seems at all. I'm sure there's more mental bandwidth there than Lacey and co.

He' s just hilariously vacant in all his expressions and body language.

While I agree that you could see the salsa dancing and jumping around as dodgy but from the way she was dancing she's clearly danced salsa before and throwing herself about is her showing off not wanting to rub her prison pocket on a hairy belly. I've not danced like that to salsa because I'd break bones if I tried to but years ago I used to go to some parties that my middle aged Jamaican neighbour had and my god we'd all be up bumping and grinding then thanking each other for a dance before buggering off for a drink before some more bump and grind. It looked beyond filthy but there was no real filth involved. I mean there might have been with some people but for most of us it was just glorious fun. Dancing like you mean it, having zero fucks to give.

Nathan doesn't seem to have a bad bone in his body. I hope that he does nothing between now and the end of the series to make me think otherwise because he's such a sweet dude and I don't want to lose more of my ability to trust.

I agree she was showing off her moves. Gilead Gaston did not approve.

If I was forced to be locked in a small room for a prolonged period with one of them I'd choose in the following order

   1. Nafe
    2 Amy
    3. Lacey
    4. Shitlid
    5. Polpot
     6. Holly
     7. Gaston

I envisage Lacey would start showing me all her dance moves after a while, doing the splits, spins etc and that would make you lose the will to keep fighting to survive another day.
