Completely agree. They’ve ruined Billy. And the inconsistencies with their behaviour around Evan’s illness is so annoying. They’ve kept Clemmie and Lucas at home to home school them as they don’t want to risk them mixing outside the immediate family. Fuckwit Billy goes off boxing surrounded by all sorts of undesirables and Dawn isn’t much better. She invited red beret Jade into the house and made her a drink despite not knowing who the hell she was. I suppose she’s going to fall into Ross’s arms now 😡

I can't get over how weird John is. He saved Aaron's life and then looked all smug when he was saying to Mackenzie a good job I followed him. Why was he following Aaron around? Then when they wheeled Aaron out he didn't even speak to him.

He’s such a creepy weirdo. I suppose we’re meant to be curious and desperate for them to reveal his back story. I can’t muster up any enthusiasm for his character. He’s a miserable faced weirdo.

I thought Tina said that Mandy stopped her seeing Vinnie or lied about why Tina left or got with Vinnie's Dad really quickly. Although I could be mistaken. I only half watch these days.

She said something like that and Mandy said it was because of her drink problem.

All this illegal boxing malarkey made me think they are attempting to go down the EastEnders road. It doesn't work. It's a farming community with hard working people making a living and oh hang on, it's not any more. Used to be Emmerdale Farm and they name changed to bring it up to date.

I think they introduce big random unconnected storylines too quickly, with new characters that we haven't had time to get to know. It needs to slow down and focus on believable storylines around the characters we know and love!

For example they had an important storyline with Belle and Tom, but they've just made it way too complicated and long-winded

Exactly. It's hard to care about a lot of the regular cast never mind all these newcomers!

"John in Emmerdale really is a superhero! Not only can he be a farmer and a boxing trainer but it turns out he can also save lives due to his medical training in the army.

But after he performed emergency surgery on Aaron last night fans were left even more suspicious of him than before – and that’s saying something!

Couldn't care less about Ella or John. Neither has a personality.

New Tina is dreadful, original Tina was quite clever. No way would she walk out on her child(she'd use them to get money out of their Dad if anything), she had her eyes on being lady of Home Farm if I remember correctly.

I can't believe she's the same Tina that left the village. The original would have been a match for Chas and Charity, not some jail bird fish wife.

She's brutal. Nothing like the original character and neither of her parents would have acted the way she does.

Tina just looks so much like Rose that I can't bear her.

She just reminds me of the wicked witch the way she has no conception of personal space.

Has Kim got some important business keeping her out of sight while all this shenanigans is occurring? I would have liked to see her and red beret woman bump into each other 🫢
