I find it a little heartbreaking. It's clear that before the work she looked great because the basics are all there. She's still a good looking woman but she's also an odd looking woman because of the work she's had done. That, with the shaking, with the reason she walked out on Ryan for a night seems to indicate a woman with crippling self-esteem and that's just so very sad.
