Oh god why am I still watching? Look how far the threads have come along. Wiped out playing catch up on Friday and was soooo pleased to remember there wasn't a show till today. Now I'm a bit behind. Can't cope with Alex and Holly, I thought Holly spent the whole time fighting and how she's shared her vulnerability and is trapped. Polly putting a right show on for the ixperts. How am I having sympathy with shit lid. Everyone else spoiling for an affair or a fight. Where's K&K. Hannah only pretending to give Stephen a chance to so persue Orson

ThePlatypusAlwaysTriumphs · 21/10/2024 21:58

Are there no treatments for pmdd?

BobLemon · 21/10/2024 21:58

ruethewhirl · 21/10/2024 21:53

Anyone else think Sionainn has done something to her face since last week's episodes? I mean, I know she's had work done, but she looks even more 'tweaked' than usual tonight somehow...

Her right cheek looked like the filler had been placed too high particularly

He didn't know if he could be with someone who had PMDD

Ty!

murasaki · 21/10/2024 21:58

I don't know much about PMDD, can't you medicate in some way to reduce it?

murasaki · 21/10/2024 21:59

Also that explains Sacha crying at least.

BobLemon · 21/10/2024 21:59

He’s really grown on me

You can but it's difficult to get the medication right

I found that genuinely touching

AndThereSheGoes · 21/10/2024 22:00

Well menopause will change it.

My friend has it. She's on drugs to keep herself even ( also has ADHD)

Dillite2 · 21/10/2024 22:00

I suppose if you were to take a contraceptive that stopped your periods, that might reduce PMMD symptoms? But I am pulling this out of my arse now.

Overheater · 21/10/2024 22:00

I know this has been really intense. But all I can look at is Kieran’s cheek bronzer. Or am I imagining it?

MouseMinge · 21/10/2024 22:00

Hormonal pill and antidepressants, I think. But it's all hit and miss with that sort of thing.

BobLemon · 21/10/2024 22:01

MargotMoon · 21/10/2024 21:49

Which one??

Is it the crocodile hands?

I got PMDD after having children. It was unbearable. GP put me on amitriptyline and a hormonal coil. I don’t suffer at all anymore. But surely she’s tried all this? She can’t just be putting up with it and not trying to fix it

Some people take anti depressants.

Apparently it's very common in neurodivergent women and I think if you know you're ND it's perhaps easier to figure out as it is like a literal meltdown (in my experience)

ThePlatypusAlwaysTriumphs · 21/10/2024 22:02

No!! You need your mum far far away, Lacey. Far. Far. Away

woodlandtrees · 21/10/2024 22:02

Bluetrews25 · 21/10/2024 22:02

This is a lot of speech for one day from Nathan

Who knows. Her GP might be of the "It's normal, stop being so dramatic. Just go for a run, exercise is good for you" variety.

Dillite2 · 21/10/2024 21:55

Her eyebrows are crawling further and further towards Jesus.

She has had so much done to her face that she is almost disfigured herself. She is such a pretty girl, but she is ruining her face.

RancidRuby · 21/10/2024 22:02

I love K&K, they are both such lovely people and so emotionally mature which is rare for this usual shit show.

petathedragon · 21/10/2024 22:03

Thought of living near laceys mum is the biggest turn off

MouseMinge · 21/10/2024 22:03

You really, really, REALLY do not need your grizzly bear mama anywhere near you, Lacey.

Pieandchips999 · 21/10/2024 22:04

Oh no I have the K&K sads I can't cope
