H same. It was a strange one. The daughter was clearly the focus but she was a total star anyway. My new look comment was about the waste of money. Surely if it came out a budget actually buying it was a little insensitive..

Tbh I didn't really get why their shop plan was put on the burner unless the fact they couldn't really do both as daughter wanted to be an accountant

Or as Mike didn't agree to fund it

Which is what normally happens

The impression I got about the shop idea was that the it was the mum who wanted to do it really. But she wanted to do it with her daughter. But the daughter wanted to take more of a background role in it, if she did do it. And I think the mum would have rather them do it equally together and if that didn't happen then she'd rather carry on as she was.

That was my take anyway

That makes sense and the fact the daughter wanted to stick with her accountancy course

Tbh starting a business selling clothes would have been hard and risky

@Blondeshavemorefun no the shopping challenge. Spend 50 on an outfit. Which they then hated. Just seems a lot when people struggling. Perhaps they returned it.

I think it was actually really good that the rich family decided to give a holiday as a present.
To me, that felt perfect

was a really nice change to not have promoting /helping build a business

with the usual £20k + they say of free training they give 😂

I thought the market for things like homemade hats was quite hard to break into? (At least to be really successful anyway)
