Not sure why. It won't be Montell who decides what she does every week, but she is long due one.

I think her energy will be amazing in a Jive or salsa, although the latter is a speciality dance.

I’m looking forward to these. Especially Montell’s. My current favourite celeb!

It’s a pretty open competition now. Assuming Paul does not improve further, he’ll probably be in the DO. ..maybe! But with whom? Shayne will probably get a post-DO bounce this week.

Punam is a joy, and making the most of it. I hope she gets a few more weeks.

Wynne could struggle with his, as a larger chap. But Katya will make it a fab performance piece and he’s got such musicality.

You'd hope an opera singer had musicality!

Never underestimate the Strictly producers! If it's a traditional paso they might just decide to put him in a furry highland bull onesie. Or, if not, they could just do their usual and set the dance in a diamond mine or Bedworth or a branch of Rymans because ....... well, just because.

Wow. Whatever happened to Gleb? I'd forgotten all about him (yet Anita was one of my favourites!)

He's on DWTS and has been for several years but apart from a paso number he did with Jana as a trio, I haven't liked any of his choreo particularly, which is odd given that I loved the majority of Anita's routines.
He split from his wife four years ago.

I'm so baffled as to why they brought Alijaz back to partner Tasha when they had an incredible Pro in Kai who would have been the perfect partner.. Kai must feel put out by it..very strange decision. Just not feeling their partnership at all, absolute zero chemistry..

They brought Aljoaz to replace the two pros who left. I guess they couldn't just hire him just to bench him given he's a returning pro.

But with the lack of female contestants this year, it wasn't really needed as they've ended up with 2 existing pro's left out. It just seems wrong to me, like the other pro's aren't good enough. I just think Kai and Tasha would have been a much better pairing. I guess they had their reasons though

Maybe they hadn't reckoned on having so many male celebs when they decided to bring Aljâz back

Someone on Digital Spy who claimed to have insider knowledge said that a female celeb and the spare female celeb both dropped out fairly last minute and so the producers just brought in Wynne as the male spare. Given how many desperate celebs there are out there and given that Strictly doesn't seem to be particularly choosy, I still don't see why they couldn't have sourced a last minute female. Lauren and Kai are not who I would have benched.

Apparently Ore Oduba has spit from his wife, most undeserving winner ever Danny Mac was robbed that year he was magnificent...

no idea why Alijaz got a second shot at it as he left SCD....they have Kai and Carlos who are fab!!! shame they got dropped and Alijaz got a spot....nothing against Alijaz as such as he used to be one of my faves just seems unfair!

How very sad about Ore and Portia, and their children.

Danny Mac was phenomenal, but he was a ringer and we know that most people don't vote for them.

Ore deserved to win in the final as he was great on the day, but I think he robbed Claudia Fragapane of the spot in the final.

Totally agree! I'm still not over! His Paso was the most incredible dance I've ever seen!

I don't get the Danny Mac love. I adore Oti but I found him cheesy. And he was a stone-cold ringer. Ore was wonderful IMO.
