This is all too toxic (apart from the happy 3 couples) and I know we don't see the whole edit but totally agree about Eve. Charlie seems genuinely lovely and if she does lose her shit then it's often with the frustration of something EVe has done / not done or said.

Is it time for some 'intruder couples' (or whatever they call them) soon. What's the betting there will be an unreal petite brunette in there somewhere, and someone who looks nothing like Caspar's sister 🤔.

Charlie's extreme reactions are textbook reactive abuse. Someone feels they're going insane at the hands of a gaslighting narcissist ( Eve) and becomes an emotional mess; thus looking like they're the bully/ crazy one.

Just caught up. Christ, Polly is a shit stirring bitch. Just nasty. And Eve isn't any better. Caspar came out quite well as a friend, if not a partner.

I'm just glad that Charlie refused to share anything with Polly, knowing it would get straight back to Eve.

These people are genuinely toxic and there's far too many emotional issues for the show to have done any safeguarding checks.

The way Polly stared at Charlie like that was awful to watch. I think Charlie handled herself really well at the dinner party.
She is still totally questioning her reality though. She already would have benefited from therapy but after the Eve experience will need a whole lot more.

I've really pivoted on my perception of the Eve/Charlie relationship. As a conflict avoidant person, I was very much team Eve to start. Charlie was too full on, too needy, and seemed to provoke situations and be a drama queen. But now, while still thinking some of that, I'm shocked at Eve spinning things to the girls, winding them up into an attack mob, and DARVOing Charlie at every step. They need to leave, pronto, it's abusive and not healthy in any way.

I feel worried about the impact of all the hate flying towards Polly on social media. She’s a human being who has acted really badly and that will have been made worse by editing but she could be feeling so desperate now. I hope she has good friends and family around her.

I agree. I was not a huge Charlie fan but I am now not an Eve fan either!

I cannot think what is happening with Holly and Alex. Have they got their eye on some sort of future TV deal together?
