Brilliant show...Ruth whatsername is just a great actress, loved the 'me time' joke last week and Gavin and Smiffy slipping on the hospital floor last night.

Me and DP laughed like drains, we did.

And the singing all the words in nearly every episode...Im off to watch again on iplayer

can't get bbc3 but watched all episodes on iplayer - I thught hte first series was better but still agree, a really good show.

I think it is just brilliant.

We've just finished watching the box set of the first series, and it is just so clever, so funny, so sweet.

Oh my god I adore gavin and stacey.

Ruth Jones is amazing in everything I have ever seen her in, Nighty Night being one of my favourite series ever, although mostly I put that down to Julia Davis, who I think is phenomenal. She is in gavin and stacey as well, as the wife of the couple who fight all the time (can't remember her name )

I am so gutted that this is over, and hope they write a third series soon. And Nessa and Smithy are so going to get together. That Neil thing was so sweet..

Will there?! I saw Ruth Jones and James Corden doing a few interviews, nothing was mentioned about a third series or christmas special, but I so hope there is!

I can't wait til christmas though, thats too long.

There will be a one hour special on BBC2 at Christmas, as Ruth Jones said on the radio last week, can you imagine Pam at Christmas! Depends what you read at the moment about series 3-some reports saying no more but others where saying they will only write it if it is going to be good. I LOVE this show-fabulous actors and find you have to watch it twice to get all the jokes-loved the bit when Nessa had some 'me time' then came down and washed 2 fingers in the kitchen sink. DH had to point that bit out. Tidy.

Also, there is another thread on here at the mo- 'AIBU to shout at someone else's child for spitting in soft play area'. All that came to mind for me is can you imagine Nessa's reaction to this ' Oh, Oh, Oh' etc

Pulling is a little funny, but Gavin & Stacey is just the dogs....have to agree..
