27 th August! Not long to go. I am seeing if I can binge 1-3 in a week, I reckon if I stay up late I can do it!

Aparantly Detective Williams is back, I love her deeply sarcastic little ways.

I have seen a few spoilers about who the big name walk ins are, but won’t say, how could they top Sting, Shirley and Meryl anyway, unless Clooney or Cruise were at a loose end?

Anyone else looking forward to it?

I've enjoyed the first two episodes.

I think it works as it's smart writing without being up itself. It embraces the silly, all while having good quality actors in even the smallest roles.

I’m really liking this series (as I did the others). ‘Embracing the silly’ is a great descriptor.

I love the way they throw in random jokes, they just toss them on the floor for us to pick up and enjoy. Hammy Faye Bakker! Had me choking on my wine. Hoping Gravey makes another appearance too.

How many has everyone seen?

I loved series 1 and 2. I thought it lost its way a bit in series 3 and the plot twists were somewhat contrived. I'm hoping series 4 is a return to form.

I didn't really like ep3.

I don't find that "the other three" really add anything.

Watched all three episodes of season 4. Really enjoying it so far - much better than season 3.

I agree with you here. I live Eugene Levy and find he adds to it, but Eva Longoria is not adding to it. I don’t even know who the 3rd guy is!!!

I thought the scenes with the ‘pink eye guy’ were hilarious. But that’s down to the quality of the actors.

I didn't recognise any of the three actors but am still enjoying it regardless!

I enjoyed the first 2 episodes, but I thought the third was pretty weak. I miss the original cast of neighbours from the earlier seasons. I feel like this season the casting and movie concept has been kind of gimmicky.

Similar thinking here. 1 and 2 fab writing. Really good TV. Episode 3 not so good.

I love the theme tune for this show, but can't say Series 4 with Saz's death is gripping me much.

Liked the episodes in LA. Would have preferred they stay there with Meryl Streep tbh. Can't see the point of the 3 doubles, especially as they don't look anything like them imho. Eva Longoria is annoying!

Well, this week's episode had a surprise!

I loved the bit with Oliver and the iPad, and Mabel's comments. The light from it shining on his face 😂

I am enjoying the season so far but I don't understand the eating of the ham in the bathroom and why Mabel or Howard would roam around with the pig? Perhaps it's an American pop culture reference I don't understand.

Oh I love, love LOVE this series - just watched it all over the past 2 weeks!

Steve Martin is so funny! I don't think I've ever laughed out loud so many times in years at something. Season 3 set in the theatre was inspired and that triplet song was an ear worm 😂.

What's going on with the ham? So weird!

What a damp squib of an ending to the latest series!! I didn't really understand everything on the final episode but didn't really care either! Disappointing...

I don’t think it’s finished yet @mum2jakie I think there are still 2 episodes to go. We don’t know who murdered Saz yet.

Not to mention a wedding. Or to be more accurate (because I don’t think it will happen) the possibility of a wedding. If I was Meryl I would be checking the wording in my contract, crossing the road carefully, and not walking under any ladders. And certainly not sleeping over in the Arconia.🙁

Oh 😆. My mistake then - for some reason I had thought it was the last episode 😅. Let's hope everything gets nicely tied up in the next episodes!

DD got me into this as she's addicted to it! Started last night and halfway through season 1 so lots to catch up on but loving it so far 🥰

Wasn't expecting that! Very touching episode too.

I did but didn't really enjoy it. A very poor season in my opinion. Lacked the fun and spark of the first three seasons.

I enjoyed it.

Think the first two were the best though.

I agree. Have finished this series but didn't really enjoy it compared to the previous series. Thought they were done with the last episode, but obviously not with what's happened to Lester!
