New period drama 'The Hardacres' this autumn

I remember hoping that it would be adapted for TV but I'd long given up hope

I loved the book (and Hardacres Luck, the follow up)

I hope they do it justice

Ooh lovely. I feel deprived of a good costumè drama. Something to look.forward to although I've never heard of the books.

Just started watching this, it's fabulous and thoroughly enjoyable!
