Ok so all the budget went into the balloon. That was quite cool but all they needed to do was find a way to light up the tower and we could have had 45 minutes of our life back.

Yes, you don’t need a visa if you have an EU passport. When I went the Americans had to stand in a separate line and get a visa on arrival. That was pre Brexit though so I’d be in the same queue now!
