We started to follow Our Girl back in 2014 and although there will be no further series, we do revisit from time to time. We have watched all seven series of Soldier Soldier to keep up our military terminology and have galloped through the three series of of The Musketeers. There was a definite connection between Our Girl and The Musketeers in the delightful form of Luke Pasqualino. We are currently part way through series 8 of Spooks. Having recently witnessed the demise of Adam Carter in the last series, he has been replaced by Lucas North.

We are in the final stages of series 9. We start series 10 very soon.

I caught that episode again on the repeats a while back and it made me laugh when they had to take him into the gents and black out his white socks with boot polish.

Re: the Dimitri actor - as well as the Sister Boniface mysteries with Jo, he was also the original Adam who ended up marrying Sam in Foyles War. They replaced him with another actor in the two series which followed.

Yes, I saw it too. They seem to be showing Soldier Soldier again on the Drama Channel. It disappeared for a while but has reappeared this week.

I was just thinking that if we wanted to try another twisty, turning thriller type series at some point after some more Hustle there is always Line of Duty, which is on iplayer.
