”Friday's (July 5) episode of Emmerdale has been rescheduled after ITV's coverage of the Euros ran over.
Tonight's instalment of the soap was initially moved to the later slot of 8.30pm, but faced further disruption after Spain and Germany's tense quarter-final match went into extra time. The broadcaster has yet to confirm when the episode will now air.
The episode has also been taken off ITVX, after first landing on the streaming service this morning. Digital Spy has reached out to ITV for comment.”

Moot point maybe , but what happens to all the adverts that have been charged a fee to be shown during that episode's as breaks ?

Or do ITV take a set fee and fit the adverts in as and when they like ?

I always thought advertisers bought

Ruby and Caleb have fallen out over Nicky leaving.
Mandy and Rhona have fallen out and are acting ridiculous. Yawn.
Laurel told Jai it’s over. Gabby overheard and Laurel told her everything. Gabby is really angry with Jai. Jai has been trying to ring Suni but getting his message service.
Jai told Archie Suni has gone on holidays.
Ruby told Claudette it was her who ran Ethan over and Charles overheard. Claudette was strangely forgiving and said they had both lost their sons(!) and they should all move on. I get the feeling Charles will not be moving on.
Sarah met up with Josh and they went to the Woolie. He said him and Samson are leaving before Matty’s trial. Sarah was annoyed at him.
Mackenzie walked in and made her go home. Sarah was annoyed at him!
Ruby insinuated she is leaving Caleb because otherwise she will lose Nicky forever.

I did read a bit of a spoiler when I was looking for the episode ...
Sarah is getting suspicions about Josh and Samson's story about the stabbing .

They want to go travelling before the trial .

It was in Thursday's episode when Paddy and Mandy & Marlon and Rhona had their games night or whatever. I tune out when Mandy is around because she gets on my wick with her growling.

FFS, the missing episode has a pretty big reveal so very odd to not show it as anyone that hasn't seen it will have no idea. There will definitely be repercussions from the reveal.

is still just showing 1 episode at 7.30.

Where’s the second episode? On ITV1 you mean? All my tv guide says is one episode at 7.30pm then Corrie at 8pm

Thanks for help above. So far the missing episode is still not in listings for tonight on my TV but I've just installed ItvX on my tablet and it's listed there for 7pm tonight. Will see what happens. 🫤
