I watched the football with DH so missed today’s tennis. Seemed only fair given I’m likely to hog the TV for the next couple of weeks!

I just tried to find Discovery + in preparation for tomorrow and there was a programme called Naked and Afraid

Thanks for reminding me Fizzy. What a palaver! scan the QR code, put in your email and password, tell them which cat type creature is the right way up - twice!, enter the code. Luckily my phone remembers all my passwords because I have no idea what it is!

I saw pictures of Rafa's practice session yesterday- the court was packed. It looked like a final.

I have Discovery plus on my phone/laptop - but can't work out how to get it on my tv. It will probably take me the whole tournament to do that.

I’m the least technical person in the world, but I’ve worked out that I can connect my laptop to the TV using a HDMI cable and use the TV as an external monitor. It’s so much easier than faffing about with apps and screen mirroring, which always used to fox me.

To be honest, I've always been used to only being able to have limited choice at RG of matches, so it doesn't bother me quite so much- but i's nice to have the option!

First set for Sonego was pretty comfortable, but Ugo is seettling betting now. Crowd quite rowdy- love the brass band. (Not sure I would want to be sitting next to them)

Managed to sort out my Discovery + it’s all in DS1’s name so I just pressed subscribe and it’s all working - it’s linked to his bank account as well - I think it was difficult for him to cancel last time so he probably won’t be happy!

Just watching Humbert and Sonego - I haven’t heard the brass band yet - I love seeing the French crowd when there’s a home player

Looks as if Rafa and Sascha’s match will be on at about 1.30pm tomorrow - eek - not sure if I’m looking forward to it or not - at least Rafa is sounding fairly confident

I had to go out- I am glad about the time of the Rafa match. I read Djok wittering about it being the night match and I thought 'you would want that'. I had seen that it was considered- and Rafa's team were wanting it changed. If he stands any chance at all, he needs a day match (and if they are planning a send off, the early hours of he morning is the not really the time to expect people to stick around for it- assuming he loses. Though I don't want him to).

The RG night sessions don't start til 8.30 (Paris time) which has always been daft, and far too late, really.
