Actually Suni did a Miss Popoff and suddenly appeared back in the village begging Ethan to visit Nicky in hospital with him. Bleated on to Caleb at the hospital about it being all his fault for calling Nicky to come get him.

I think NNN won't come out of the coma now because Ethan has confessed they don't need him to wake up and say he was driving. I reckon it's because the actor who plays NNN wants out. Pure speculation. I don't read any spoilers
