The Ethan/Nicky/Suni story last night was just cobbled together nonsense from start to finish.

What are the thoughts on Manpreet offering to do a house call to speak to the children? I’m not sure there wasn’t an underlying motive. She still looks like she has the hots for poor Billy. If they turn lovely Billy into a cheating husband that will be the last straw.

They'll probably do a Rebecca on Billy. Get him drunk and Manpreet can get what she wants 🤬

Ohh ...maybe I am naive...but I thought the home visit to speak to the children was fine and definitely in a local GP remit type of thing .

Hard talking and answering the innocent and maybe brutal to hear questions of young children.

It is easier for a non family member who is also known to the children to do it.

I would imagine for a village GP who also happens to be the partner of the village vicar and a family friend it would make sense for Manpreet to speak to the children.

I really hope so. I’m just concerned that despite her position in the village community she flirted with Billy till she eventually made a move and tried to kiss him . Billy looks so vulnerable and sad. I’m hoping the scriptwriters don’t push them together.

Binge watch over. I found the car crash story very odd and came from nowhere.
Dinner party was awful. Can't make out what's going on with Belle.
Rhona is awful- surely this isn't curtains for Marlon's 5th? marriage.
Don't like Moira's new look. Very frumpy. Silly nonsense between her and Ruby but a pity the manurs didn't land on top of Ruby.

That pretty much sums it all up for me too @RaraRachael except I didn't watch the dinner party episode....
