They are. And aside from how grabby Charlotte was about getting hold of it in the first place, why are they still living there, all cramped in with 2 kids and dogs? Again, Harry must be worth millions. He already had his own Manhattan apartment and a place in the Hamptons when they met, plus his own law firm. Why haven't they moved to somewhere bigger or out to the rich suburbs, which would surely be the Charlotte fantasy life?

I don't know ,location I guess but they could afford somewhere bigger for the kids.

I was surprised in previous series, that Lily and Rock shared a bedroom. They must have three, as they had the Irish nanny who took them to her room in the second film. When Charlotte broke down after Lily painted her vintage cream Valentino skirt.

There’s something strangely comforting about it, like half listening to old friends chattering as you do other things – so much so, that by episode six, I found myself oddly moved by what was playing out on screen.

This just about sums up how I have come to feel about the previous 2 series.

I hope they give some explanation for Nya and Che's absences. Though I couldn't stand the latter, I also didn't believe she's end up going from being a Netflix special phenomenon and successful podcaster with a pilot sitcom to working as a receptionist and starting at rock bottom. Where on earth was her agent? Hopefully she's gone back to LA for a second chance. Hoping we see Nya in a future series too and that's she's got together with the hot guy from CSI.

Oh god, he was awful in series 2 as well. Running around in his white pants with his spray on abs, whinging and whining about his boys, telling Carrie he was dropping her but would pick her up again in FIVE YEARS! Franklin the producer was a billion times better in every possible way

It’s never going to be SATC. It’s never going to punch us all in the heart, capturing our souls and telling us that we’ve found our tribe. Those moments of sheer unadulterated joy, wit and sadness are gone.

It’s a different era but characters are still there, and in devotional hope, we can do nothing but watch and dream of the glory days when we too could dream that things will turn out miraculously, Just Like That.

i thought it was crap. Not interested in LTW or Seema’s relationships although I like them as friends of the core group. Didn’t find ROD funny or Charlotte and the dog. Aiden was gross and had to fast forward. I think the only thing I liked was the cat.

I love Carrie, but think putting her back with Aiden is just the laziest ploy device and destroys the premise of SATC.

I wonder if she'll be tempted to cheat on Aiden again? I'd run for the nearest passable man and never want to see Aiden again after the car wanking, but I suppose Carrie didn't have to actually see it, unlike the poor viewer. I thought the first episode of Series 1 was bad when Carrie was asking Big to get himself off in front of her, but this exceeded even that awful, cringe moment.

I recently binge watched The Good Wife and all through it Chris Noth was still Big to me. He'll always be Big and he'll always be the actual love of Carrie's life. Aidan is just all wrong. And gross.

Aiden has those horrible thin straight lips that look moody and disapproving. I could not kiss those lips. Aiden:😐

Carrie was never about the sex in SATC, she was all about her feelings and the romance/relationship, so I think that's why it's so jarring seeing these sorts of raw sex moments with her. Scenes that would have been amusing with Samantha or even Miranda (and frankly, even Charlotte) are just all wrong when Carrie is involved.

I always assumed that was her pride & ambition @Florally rather than a need for cash, which saw her do those things.
