Survey on screen time and it’s effects on children’s emotional regulation

Hi all!
I’m a univeristy student doing a thesis on the effects of excessive screen time on children emotional regulation screens. I’ve put together a 5 minute survey to gain a better insight into how parents view their children’s screen time. It has been designed to be answered by parents of children aged between 4-12. You might want to amend it to include an option in the educational level bit for children that aren't of school age yet. Not all 4 year olds will be at school yet.

This is a poor survey if it’s suppose to be for uni. It doesn’t the very basic ethics considered and many parent will have multiple children and won’t be able answer the first question.
