She learned this in Tel Aviv? I think even in secular trendy Tel Aviv the restaurant are still kosher - no lamb and dairy yogurt together. Although it's been a long time since I was there. (I worked in Jerusalem for a while a long long time ago.)

The food looks good. The plates are UNBEARABLE.
