Tre and Rachael did really well to handle the car crash of Noor's vision as diplomatically as they did and despite the loss of the task, it reflects very well on their skills. I can see both of them in the interviews along with Flo.
It was probably a kindness to just fire Noor without the charade of selecting two to accompany her. It would have been superfluous and not changed the outcome.
I noticed that she tended to be disregarded from the begining and kept an open mind. Alanah who went on to win struggled to get a foothold in early weeks and was often accused as "disrupting" as Tre was this time, and there have been sensible people who've struggled to be heard amongst big egos in the early stages, but not the case this time.
You're Fired is particularly flat this year. Tom Allen was always overbearing, but there doesn't seem to be the features this year. Two missing candidates doesn't help. The best bit is the flashbacks this time.
I think there have been more sensible, mature candidates included compared to recent years though.
