First one down. Chelsea just makes me scream at the TV. For fucks sake she's a needy nightmare. Jimmy needs to grow a pair, you can't accept all that shit!
AD's mum just talked over both of them, may have been how they cut it, but I found her way too much.

Almost finished the 3rd episode.

Am I missing something with the whole Johnny and Amy contraception debate? Why can't they use condoms? But most confusingly, why are they considering a vasectomy when they both want children?

Only watched the first one so far. I liked AD's mum and I think she's suspicious of Clay and I don't blame her.

I know a lot of it can be the editing but Chelsea's jealousy seems out of control, not wanting Jimmy to see female friends or go out without her. But she was then quite happy to sit chatting and flirting away with Trevor. Although it does sound like there's history with one of Jimmy's friends and if that's been an issue for her in previous relationships I know how that can affect you.

Getting some housework done before lunch then I'll settle down with another episode hopefully.

I've got it on I the background, I'm struggling with all the therapy speak and god talk. It's all so weird.

I know they can't have a normal meet the parents chat on TV as they can't talk about last nights Eastenders or football or whatever. But all this wanky weird stuff is hard to listen to. They all sound like they are cult members.

I actually do think that Jimmy has been serious about Chelsea even though he got off to a bit of a clumsy start.... I think another PP said -she always seems like she's had too much wine when she pulls him up on stuff.. she's pretty incoherent in her arguments.

At first it seemed like her biggest issue was him going out (driving) for one drink and then coming back.. 'you said in the pods you didn't like going out. Why did you lie to me ? You just went out' and his reply was 'this is the first time in months' - that makes her seems VU

Then later it transpires that he has history with one of the friends there. I suppose that's a bit more understandable.

But the need for reassurance constantly would absolutely drain me and drive me away. I know it all stems from insecurity (which I think she Innately has ... but then maybe he hasn't helped either) but it just seems so draining. And definitely not a good time to try and get all of this stuff over after wine. I have been there!

I actually think he handles himself pretty well midst all of it (also just saw the Jess scene. He is right. He is absolutely terrified of her. I don't think they would be right together either!)

I think Chelsea lives for drama, and I think Jimmy quite likes it too. They're a disaster, but maybe very much each other's type.

i just watched the one and they did Fool us with the "you *Ed her" chat.

(and if he politely told her this off camera that he had slept with her in the past, bringing it up on camera is crappy, as thats a respect for the privacy of his friend)

The party at end of Ep 10 seems to be - all the couples (but not Ken/brittany plus anyone who had a connecttion with them in the pods. Which seems a bit of a crappy basis for a party. Invite all the people!

The highlight of this batch of episodes, was Jeramay's mum. Her totally not buying his story, and not validating him whatsoever was fabulous.
Made me wonder where he got his audacity from, as I can't imagine she put up with any bullshit when he was growing up.
