I read an article a while ago,'how therapy speech is making us selfish' or something to that effect.

Georgia S is the epitome of it. Lots of talk about being 'valid', saying she 'won't be part of this conversation anymore', saying let me speak etc etc. When in reality it's all just a cover for self involved behaviour and actions.

Your actions can be as 'valid' as you want, doesn't mean someone can't criticise them or questions why you didn't act differently. Callum laying down a boundary of he won't stick around if you don't shut Toby down, isn't him being aggressive, it's just him telling you what his actions will be, and walking away from the conversation doesn't make you mature, it's running away. And molly didn't interrupt Georgia half as much as Georgia interrupted her.

She strikes me as someone who thinks she's so mature but in reality has abit of a victim complex and inappropriately applies 'therapy speak' to all conversations to twist them in her favour. I actually think she's less of a straight up liar/manipulator and more just has extreme cognitive dissonance about it all and really thinks she's in the right.
