Really sad 😢

Goatymum · 15/02/2024 07:48

I want to know what happened to Muriel!

purpleme12 · 07/03/2024 22:40

Looking bleak for Rob who finally got diagnosed with something but then had his surgery cancelled three times!

purpleme12 · 07/03/2024 22:40

Poor Ayesha having to wait that long to get it sorted

Elderflower14 · 08/03/2024 18:29

Yes I felt sorry for Rob too..

I felt sorry for the poor gravedigger. 'Have you got kids? No? A wife? No? Friends? No? Have you thought about getting a dog for company? Yeah?'

You could tell what the paramedic was getting at, but it did feel a bit awkward for the poor bloke. Glad he made a good recovery.

Toddlerteaplease · 08/03/2024 20:41

Couldn't see why the child needed an ambulance she looked quite well!

purpleme12 · 08/03/2024 21:08

She looked ok but the mum explained what was wrong and she spent 4 days in hospital so she must have been poorly

Toddlerteaplease · 08/03/2024 22:19

@purpleme12 did she? I missed that bit.

purpleme12 · 08/03/2024 22:29

yes it said at the end with the updates that she spent 4 days in hospital and has had a change of medicine as well

People regardless of their age can look really well even when quite ill.

I thought the questioning went too far.

purpleme12 · 09/03/2024 00:03

I think she just wasn't quite as good as the others because she was quite new

purpleme12 · 16/03/2024 21:17

Some very sad stories this week

Toddlerteaplease · 16/03/2024 21:30

Just catching up. Glad the baby was born safely, it was tense!

purpleme12 · 20/03/2024 23:49

Bloody hell half of this person's ear's come off!!!

purpleme12 · 21/03/2024 00:03

That old woman saying about wacky backy making the paramedics laugh 😂😂

Womblingmerrily · 22/03/2024 09:47

Ayesha seemed to have a chronic gastro problem, which needed assessing and managing.

She did not appear acutely unwell and was certainly not 'floppy' or 'unable to walk at all' - this was clearly demonstrated during the filming.

I cannot see why the parents could not have transported her to hospital themselves.

Womblingmerrily · 22/03/2024 10:03

I felt really sorry for that newly qualified paramedic. Most professions have some sort of probationary support and whilst she had a colleague who seemed more experienced, I thought she needed someone to debrief with/ ask for advice.

Overall though there was way too much political discussion amongst the paramedics - I would not expect this from professionals and wondered if it was encouraged for 'tv purposes'.

purpleme12 · 22/03/2024 10:06

Which political discussion are you referring to?

Toddlerteaplease · 23/03/2024 12:29

It must be so frustrating when they get called out to COPD patients who still smoke.
