surely that guy's got a lawsuit against him?
he seems like a twat but does that give ramsey the right to bully him? what responsibility does the owner have to provide a safe working environment for his staff?

I'm sure they all sign disclaimers before they start filming.

pedilia · 19/03/2008 22:55

Aitch · 19/03/2008 22:55

Oi there wanker, I tried to kill it tonight but you were absent

Get with the program.

And erm, yes also watching Gorden, why is he doing that weird courtroom drama thing?

Aitch · 19/03/2008 22:57

god, yes, but that's an environmental health issue, they do/shoudl have people to deal with that. but that poor bastard was bullied by GR from the moment he walked through the door.

Don't like the very American format - it's like Extreme Makeover!

Aitch · 19/03/2008 22:58

what did you try to kill? was the wankery back? that was one of the few threads i've actually enjoyed in the recent past...

That place was truly revolting and it upsets me to think that it could be trading that filthy. None of the restaurants I worked in ever came close to being that revolting. Most chefs do actually have a sense of responsibility to the public, and if they don't the managers do. It is as easier to work in a clean kitchen than a dirty one.

quick google confirms martin slaps Gordon with mukti million pound lawsuit. Z

Aitch · 19/03/2008 22:59

it was Absolutely Disgusting, i bet that there will be a lawsuit from that guy with the rotten tomato...

ooooh. so he'll get a few quid.

Update: The action was dismissed by consent. Martin Hyde is to commence arbitration with the first issue being whether arbitration is required. Martin Hyde claims that the agreement he signed was procured by fraudulent representations and therefore unenforceable. If Martin Hyde prevails with that issue, the action in federal court is to be resumed. If not, the arbitration would continue.

Yes the wankery, it has so little left it seemed odd to leave it hanging. Although I suppose it remains a place of retreat for dire mastubation emergencies.

Gorden Ramsey nightmares is hilarious, they all lurve him in the end, aw sweet.
