What are you looking forward to watching over Christmas/New Year?

What is coming up that you are looking forward to? Something new? Something you watch every year? Any recommendations?

I will buy a tv magazine but I don’t seem to find anything like I did in the old days.

Another vote for Mog- love the books & so does DD. Yes the Agatha Christie is Murder is Easy @TokyoSushi. it has the actor from Industry in it & he was also in a recent film.

The Caroline Aherne programmes on BBC2 on Xmas Day. She was fab. Gone too soon. But I’m glad her talent is being acknowledged.

Last year I watched The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and The Horse and loved it. It’s on again this year on Christmas Day.

Not quite 'Christmas' viewing, as it's this Thursday but I've literally waited a year for it: the Motherland Christmas Special 2022.

I recorded it last year, kids deleted it accidentally, in Ireland so can't watch on iPlayer (I really wish they'd sort out some reciprocal arrangement between RTE & BBC!), and while I've seen most of via clips on YouTube, I really want to see it in its entirety.

It's at 11:20 pm so it's set to record, with dire warnings for anyone going near it!

im at friends for Christmas, so whatever they put on. I'll be MN'ing through a lot of it.

my TIVO box is already maxed out & nothing I want to delete.

my want to watch far exceeds my time to watch🙇🏻‍♀️.

do you think Santa would bring me a second Tivo box??

It's been ages since I've been through the Christmas TV Guide. Might do that at my parents tonight.

Thoroughly enjoyed the Hairy Bikers the other night. Made me quite tearful. Apparently there is another episode on Christmas Eve? (It's probably just repeated and I've been given duff info)

Just EastEnders and Blackadder’s Christmas special, which I’ve seen before but not for a very long time and it rarely gets repeated. Maybe Murder is Easy, as well, and a documentary about Noel Coward.

I also bought the Radio Times, with my Asda Rewards, so I kind of had it for ‘free’.
