Leaving aside the heartstring tugging, I really think Bobby encapsulates what Strictly should be about - not professional dancers like Layton improving but just the absolute joy of dancing that beginners experience as they develop over the series.

Ellie really annoys me - I can't put my finger on why. The love in for her, when she has had dancing lessons too irritates me.

I wish people would fuck off with the Layton homophobia bullshit. He's a bloody professional dancer. He's a brilliant dancer with real star power and I would gladly pay money to watch him dance but he is not an amateur dancer. If he wins it will genuinely spoil the show for me.

That's still a very good dance, but like the first time I really miss the A-frame (they started with it) and tension that I think an AT should have.
