The new dr who was in it too. Played an excellent character. Was a good show but I'd argue that 'Pose' did the AIDS storyline better and that's with me being a huge Russell T Davies as a writer fan.

I don't think he was in it?

My 81 year old mother in law really liked it! I was surprised she watched it and thought I should but never got round to it.

Pose is a US series and more about the trans community from the 80's onwards and is really well done. The AIDS epidemic done in that series was just as heart breaking and ignorant as it was approached by the UK government at the time.
It's a Sin is brilliant too but differently
